Welcome to Eat Plentiful by me, Aimee Touton. As I’m writing this I’m thinking who am I to be writing this newsletter , I’m not a writer nor a trained chef. But I have been wanting to share my cooking for a while now, and it being early January, I’m full of resolutions for this New Year so here I am.
I love food, my nickname was ‘la petite poubelle’ (dustbin) when I was younger. I would always make sure there was nothing left on anyone's plate. It sounds like limiting waste was already something that mattered to me, it is definitely now. I like to see food as an easy way for all of us to shape the world our children and future generations will live in.
Eat Plentiful is about eating food that makes you feel good, tips on how to be thrifty with what’s in your fridge, and trying to eat local and seasonal as much as possible.
I cook food that's approachable & accessible to everyone, no matter your cooking skill.
Enjoy. And make sure you subscribe so you don’t miss my first recipe.
Don’t be shy, tell your friends!
